Tribe Global Ventures Pty Ltd (A.B.N. 88 653 897 431) (hereinafter referred to as "TGV") is organising and leading the London Mission 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “the Mission”).
As a registered participant in the mission, you (hereinafter referred to as “the Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
DECLARATION
By registering for the mission you accept and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that these Terms and Conditions are legally binding on you. You acknowledge and agree that TGV has relied on your declaration under this form in accepting your request to participate, including the activities of and incidental to the Mission (the “Activities”).
AMENDMENTS
Subject to TGV notifying you in writing, TGV may update and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by issuing to you an updated version of the Terms and Conditions. You warrant that you will keep yourself apprised of your obligations under, and the content of, the Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time).
CANCELLATION BY TGV
TGV reserves the right to cancel the Mission or any part thereof.
TGV reserves the right to cancel your participation in the Mission due to: natural disasters, flight cancellations, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, riots, sickness, quarantine, pandemics, government intervention, weather conditions, or other untoward occurrences; or TGV determining in its opinion that you do not have the requisite fitness, skills or ability to participate in the Activities.
COVID-19-RELATED CANCELLATION BY TGV
TGV may postpone or cancel the Mission due to Covid-19 travel restrictions being imposed by national, federal, state or local governments which limit travel to the Mission and result in the event being postponed or cancelled. A decision on whether the Mission will take place will be made prior to the Mission based on the most up-to-date information available at the time. If restrictions due to Covid-19, or any other pandemic, inhibit TGV’s ability to run the Mission, requiring it to be cancelled, the total value of any refund offered, if any, will take into account any bookings or payments made by TGV to suppliers, contractors, or sub-contractors for any activity, product or service which has taken place prior to, during or after the Mission inline with their cancellation policies.
COVID-19-RELATED CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
If restrictions due to COVID-19 are imposed by relevant federal, state or local governments which may inhibit your ability to take part in the Mission and require you to cancel, TGV will consider your cancellation on a case by case basis.
